Get ready to strike with Thunderstruck this Black Friday, and bring electrifying energy to your Ultimate Team!
Dynamic Current Players and Icons
Shine on the pitch with new dynamic Black Friday: Thunderstruck Player Items for both current players and ICONs, with upgrades delivered alongside real-world results. Thunderstruck Items will be released in three stages, with the main team and ICONs joining Football Ultimate Team™ on Friday, 28 November and more players being released later that day and again on 30 November.
Tracking from 28 November, Thunderstruck Items will upgrade based on the following domestic performances of their current or former club:
- Wins or draws 2 matches in the next 5 Domestic League matches (1 Base PlayStyle)
- Wins or draws 3 matches in the next 5 Domestic League matches (All Roles++ in all positions)
- Scores 10 goals in the next 5 Domestic League matches (Plus 1 PS+ (Max 1) or base PlayStyle)
Flash Events
Four time-limited Live Events bring unique squad rules and match formats throughout the promo. The first starts on 27 November, with each event unlocking every 48 hours. You can preview all squad requirements now in Ultimate Team and prepare your lineup ahead of time.
Challenges
Each flash event features its own Objective set, rewarding Thunderstruck cosmetics and additional progression towards a larger reward path including Packs, a Thunderstruck Regular Badge Cosmetic, and an untradeable Thunderstruck Special Objectives Player Item.
Thunderstruck also includes repeatable Daily Play Objectives with Coin and SP rewards, Daily Play and Login milestone bonuses such as Packs and ICON loans, plus a special You’ve Been Thunderstruck! Objective with more cosmetics, Packs, and another untradeable Thunderstruck player.
Flash SBCs
Expect a wave of SBCs. Flashbacks celebrating past Thunderstruck content, daily 24-hour Flash SBCs featuring World Tour stars, MLS Showdowns, Thunderstruck ICONs, and more will drop throughout the event.
Evolutions
Six new Flash Evolutions arrive with a four-day duration each, focusing on one face stat at a time (PAC, PAS, SHO, DEF, DRI, or PHY) and granting a +2 OVR. Additional Thunderstruck-themed Evolutions will follow, including PlayStyle+ upgrades and cosmetic Evolutions with Lightning Green, Blue, Yellow, OG, and Purple themes.
Cosmetic Evolution items keep their design enhancements only and do not receive Live upgrades.
