The FC 26 Pre Season Event is the final Football Ultimate Team campaign of the season. It gives players the opportunity to earn selected untradeable rewards for FC 27 by completing Objectives, Squad Building Challenges and Evolutions in FC 26, while also bringing back some of the year’s best Player Items in Packs.
FC 26 Pre Season Event
Pre Season is designed to bridge the transition from FC 26 to FC 27. Rather than introducing an entirely new promo squad, the campaign focuses on carryover rewards that can help players start their new Ultimate Team with extra Packs, loan Player Picks and an Evolution reward.
Several FC 27 rewards are available throughout the campaign. These include Rare Player Packs ranging from 80+ to 84+, a five match Hero Player Pick, a five match ICON Player Pick and the CM Box to Box Evolution. Each reward is unlocked by completing the respective FC 26 Objective, SBC or Evolution before it expires.
All eligible FC 27 rewards are scheduled to be delivered by October 9, 2026. To receive them, players must log in to Football Ultimate Team in FC 27 using the same EA Account used in FC 26 by November 9, 2026. Unclaimed rewards are forfeited after that date.
Pre Season also includes Best Of re releases, giving players another opportunity to pack some of the most popular and highly rated Player Items from across the FC 26 season. The first batch became available on August 28 and includes standout FUTTIES, ICON and Hero Items, while a second batch joins Packs from September 4.
In addition to the re released items, new content is available through Squad Building Challenges and Objectives. This makes Pre Season the final opportunity to improve an FC 26 squad, complete outstanding content and prepare for the launch of FC 27 Ultimate Team.
The carryover content began in mid August, with the final Objective available until September 25. Best Of Player Items are available in Packs until September 18.
