EA Sports have announced that they will perform several FUT 13 and EASFC Maintenances in the following weeks.

Maintenance on Sunday September 5th from 6am-11am UK. Approximated downtime: 5 hours.
Maintenance on Sunday September 1st from 4am-8am UK. Approximated downtime: 4 hours.
Maintenance on Wednesday August 28th from 4am-9am UK. Approximated downtime: 5 hours.
Maintenance on Monday August 26th from 11:30am-4:30pm UK. Approximated downtime: 5 hours.
Maintenance on Monday August 19th from 9am-7pm UK. Approximated downtime: 10 hours.
Maintenance on Friday August 9th from 9am-4pm UK. Approximated downtime: 7 hours.
Maintenance on Friday August 2nd from 11am-4pm UK. Approximated downtime: 5 hours.
Modes affected: Ultimate Team.

FUT 13 and EASFC Maintenances Until the FIFA 14 Release
FIFA 14 is coming and there are things that should be tested in order to everything work perfect when the day comes. Some EA services will be down in preparation for FIFA 14 several times in the next months. And it started today.
The announcement was made by EA Sports on their webpage:
We will be performing important maintenance on FIFA 13: Ultimate Team & EASFC on July 11th from 1am-12pm PT (July 11th 9am-8pm UK time). The expected downtime is 11hrs. FUT, the Web App, Mobile companion app, and EA SPORTS Football Club will be offline. Online service for all other game modes will be unaffected (click HERE to see the time zones)
The purpose of this maintenance period is to increase and improve our online infrastructure in preparation for FIFA 14. Over the next few weeks, we will have a number of similar maintenance windows which will be announced closer to the dates. Please stay tuned on Twitter for further information, and thanks for your understanding as we work to improve your experience with EA SPORTS FIFA.
As you can see, it will be possible to play all the FIFA game modes, expect Ultimate Team. EASFC will be offline too, as it will happen with Mobile companion app (Android and iOS) and FUT Web App.
You will have to find something to do in this 11 hours. For who want to earn some coins, it can be a window of opportunity.
